01Sourcing the beans
It starts at origin. We work with trusted growers to select the finest Arabica beans — graded by hand, chosen for character. Only beans that meet our cupping standard make the journey to our roastery.
02Small-batch roasting
Roasting is where flavour is born. Each batch is roasted to a precise profile in the UAE — slow enough to develop deep, balanced notes, careful enough to never scorch. We cup every roast before it moves on.
03Grinding to powder
Once rested, the beans are ground to a fine, consistent powder — the right particle size to release maximum aroma and flavour, whether you brew it in a dallah, a moka pot, or a simple drip.
04Sealing fresh
Freshness is everything. We seal each batch immediately in aroma-locking packaging, so the coffee reaches you exactly as it left the roastery — fragrant, rich, and ready.
05Your perfect cup
The final step is yours. Open the pack, breathe it in, and brew. Rich, smooth, full of character — a cup of KAPI, made the way it was meant to be.
